Shred Care provide a safe and secure system to dispose of confidential waste off site. The Executive Units and Wheeled Bins have been specifically designed for holding confidential material. Security is assured through their construction and high security locks. Confidential waste is deposited into the units via a paper slot located at the top of the unit.

The Executive Units are available in two colours: beech or grey and the Wheeled Bins are available in two sizes: 120 Litre or 240 Litre. Collections are made weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks – we can advise on the most suitable collection frequency depending on the volume of waste that is produced.

On each collection your confidential waste is taken safely and securely to a vehicle fitted with tracking devices, two way communications and an alarm.

The confidential waste is taken to the nearest service depot where access is granted via a security corridor monitored by cameras. The confidential waste is emptied into high capacity industrial shredders and shredded beyond recognition.

As an environmentally responsible company, the shredded paper is bailed and sent for recycling within the UK. We can therefore provide a full audit trail from collection to shredding to the recycled product available for purchase.

Once your confidential waste is destroyed a Certificate of Destruction is issued.
